Of Yarn and Men

First, to link up with Nicole of Frontier Dreams, I am currently working on a gray and purple scarf in honeycomb stitch. My mom gave me a perpetual calendar of a stitch a day, and this one seemed like an easy one to learn (it is, actually it's sort of boring but it's a good talking or TV stitch). This is from New Year's weekend. It's like 2 ft now.

The stitch is: Any even number of stitches in a row
Cast on
Row 1: *yo, knit 2, pull yo over the 2 knit stitches. Repeat from *
Row 2: Purl.
Repeat rows 1 and 2

It's thick like seed stitch but less stretchy and still rolls like stockingnette.

And...I met a guy. Catholicmatch.com. We've been talking and texting since Friday. We're meeting up in Manhattan on Sunday. Crazy...... Will update later :-)
