If this blog were a novel, Anna would definitely be a "main character." When I think of Anna, the first word that comes to mind is LOUD. Her loud (beautiful!) curly red hair, her loud voice, and her extremely LOUD love for Christ Crucified. Now, this doesn't always thrill me. For example, her inability to understand what an "inside" voice is combined with this loud love for Jesus can be embarrassing when she's sleeping over and .... so is your roommates' boyfriend. And no, I don't want them overhearing her waxing poetic over her "God moments." Yikes, I think Jesus mentioned something about people who don't acknowledge him before others... probably should work on that one.
Trust me, I'm getting to the Jim Caviezel part!
Anna has suffered much but also been blessed much because of her love for God. Anna has much love, and when God finds this in a person, I think he is just DELIGHTED to heap on them treasure after treasure. She's like a walking treasure box. For real.
So God's latest little gift is that Anna is now a full-time (I think) babysitter for none other than Jim Caviezel's sister (well, his niece and nephew). I can't think of anyone who would love this more!
And, I have miraculously (truly, miraculously) gone to mass every day this week. I will hopefully explain how this came to be, especially having gone the past 2 1/2 yrs making it to mass maybe once a month. But all I can say for now is, whoever is praying for me, THANK YOU!
