1. I eat to deal with emotions quickly instead of taking the time to process them. Especially stress/anger/hurt. I'm a little crankier, unfortunately.
2. My new diet has stopped me from waking up in the middle of the night craving food. I guess because pretty much everything I eat has a very low glycemic index, so it probably doesn't spike my sugar, forcing me to wake up after the sugar level plunges again.
3. When I shop, I look for clothes to minimize my body, clothes that won't draw attention to me. This prevents me from looking professional at work.
